Robin Hunter

Director

Robin's extensive and successful career in automotive has included senior positions in Manufacturing, Technical and Quality operations spanning more than 35 years.

Robin also has a unique background having held key managerial positions of Quality, Manufacturing and Technical Director/Manager.

His experience is in the motor industry which is in the forefront of developing new techniques to improve quality and reduce costs.

Robin is at ease with such disciplines as S.P.C., F.M.E.A. Lean, 5S and six sigma.

In 2012 Fluid Power Initiatives was successfully approved to the IATF 16949 certification.

Judith Hunter, Director

Department - Accounts

With almost thirty years of management accounting experience, Judith is responsible for the accounting processes of the company.

Judith is well-versed in the financial needs of a fast-paced development and manufacturing company, having gained a wealth of knowledge and skills working for firms specialising in accounting services to the Legal, IT/Tech and Automotive industries.

Susan Gibson, Quality Director

Department - Quality

Susan has been associated with the quality systems of the company since 2009, and is fully responsible for the quality management structure including maintaining the company's IATF 16949 Certification.

Qualified Prince II Practitioner, MBA and BA hons., and Quality Manager with 30 years experience working on Business Processes and software application projects across a broad range of industries including Manufacturing, Sales, CRM, HR and Service related enterprises.

Led Global Projects and reporting at Board Level, have been key interface with Organisational Stakeholders

Key responsibilities are to ensure that the products and services provided by FPI are fit for purpose, are consistent and meet both external and internal requirements. This includes compliance to and maintaining IATF 16949 certification and coordinating the activities required to meet all customer requirements.

Mark Chandler

Department - Production

Mark joined the company in 2015 from a sales background.

He now leads the production team with a mandate to improve performance and quality.
